(b) The normal hours of service of retail employees are 36.75 per week from Monday to Friday, if: a worker who must drive a motor vehicle in Table 1 receives the prescribed compensation for each day or part of it where the vehicle is driven on a public road: the CEPU wishes to take this opportunity to thank all members and local union representatives for the hard work it has done after a long and fruitful campaign to implement this agreement. (c) In the event of leave provided for in point 35.3, the worker must, as far as possible, inform the Australia Post of his leave before the absence and the estimated duration of the absence. If an Australia Post employee is admitted to study or take short training as a student, the worker may be entitled to a full or partial reimbursement of the costs incurred for the course. Mortimer J.A. dismissed an appeal by an Australia Post employee, who argued that he was entitled to overtime, a pension and dietary supplements over a four-year period, while he was processing two jobs for the same employer.
(e) A worker`s regular wage rate for calculating overtime pay includes higher increases or bonuses, calculated on the basis of the salary of that bonus.
